Griffith Passenger Terminal - 2010

Griffith

The photo above shows the Griffith Passenger Terminal on 23 April 2010. Below is Rex (Regional Express) SAAB 340B VH-ZLS refuelling outside the Terminal on the same day. Rex operated several flights a day between Griffith, in south-central New South Wales, and Sydney, including a Narrandera-Griffith-Sydney and back service.

The view below shows the main apron area at Griffith aerodrome, also on the same day. The Passenger Terminal is at far left, in front of the main carpark. At the time, Griffith was the scene of the Antique Aeroplane Association of Australia's National Fly-in, hence the parked aircaft. This was only a fraction of the number that had arrived by later in the day.
